CorporateIntelligence.com, a division of Information Ventures LLC, a
Connecticut corporation located at 2777 Summer Street, Stamford, CT, 06905,
("CI.com"). By accessing any areas of this Site, users ("Users" or "you") agree
to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE.

acknowledges that the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, video,
typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, images, illustrations, designs, icons and
written and other material (collectively, "Content") on this Site are
copyrighted works of CI.com and/or various third party content providers.
Reproductions or storage of information or works retrieved from this Site, in
all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, are
subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.
Acceptable Use This Site is

fraudulent purposes. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to

CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED
WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE, EVEN IF CI.COM AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES
HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree that you will be responsible
for, and at our request defend us from, claims arising out of any breach, by
you or any User of your account, of your agreements and representations.
Further, you agree to hold CI.com and their affiliates harmless in matters
arising out of your use of this Site. If, notwithstanding the above, CI.com
and/or their affiliates are found liable for any loss or damage relating to the
use of this Site, you agree that such liability shall in no event exceed the
fee or charge paid to CI.com by the User.

Services To the extent that this Site contains links to outside
services and resources, any concerns regarding such services or resources
should be directed to the particular outside service or resource provider.
CI.com does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy or completeness of the
information or content included on the Web sites of these outside services and
resources.
Termination of Usage CI.com
may terminate or suspend User access to all or part of this Site, at any time,
for cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions or
complaint by a third party. In addition, CI.com may terminate or suspend User
access to all or part of this Site with 30 days notice for any reason. Users
may cancel their registration at any time by contacting
registration@CorporateIntelligence.com.
Certain provisions of these CI.com Terms and Conditions shall survive
termination including, but not limited to, Service, No Warranties, User
Obligations, and General Limitation of Liability.
No Agency You and CI.com are
independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture,
employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created
by these Terms and Conditions or use of this Site.
Notice Notice must be given
by email to registration@CorporateIntelligence.com
or to the email address provided by Users during registration. Notice shall be
deemed received twenty-four (24) hours after an email is received.
Severability If any provision
of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by an agency of
competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain
valid.
Governing Law These Terms and
Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal
laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law
principles. In the event any dispute cannot be settled amicably, such dispute
will be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association in Stamford, Connecticut.
Miscellaneous These Terms and
Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and CI.com regarding your
use of this Site and supercedes any prior statements or representations.
CI.com may at any time modify these
Terms and Conditions and such changes will take effect 30 days after posting on
the Site. Your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the Terms
and Conditions in force at the time of your use as posted on this Site. If you
do not agree with any part of the new Terms and Conditions as posted, you may
cancel your registration by contacting
