Watch Services

All Watches are conducted on a weekly basis. There are six types of Watch Services:

Application Watch — Compares your mark and class(es) to newly filed applications, reporting exact and similar marks. Databases available: U.S. Federal, Canada, WIPO, EC, UK,DE

Applicant Watch — Includes new applications filed by the applicant of your choice. Databases available: U.S. Federal, Canada, WIPO, EC, UK, DE

Publication Watch (Mark Specific) — Informs you when your mark is published for opposition. Databases available: U.S. Federal, Canada, UK, DE

Publication Watch (All Marks) — Compares your mark to marks published for opposition and reports exact or similar marks published or scheduled for publication. Databases available: US Federal, Canada, UK, DE

Status Watch — Alerts you to changes in the status of your mark as they occur. Databases available: U.S. Federal, Canada, WIPO, EC, UK, DE

Worldwide Domain Name Watch — A monitor of all top-level Domains, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, and .name, plus those from 233 countries, for matches or similarities to the specified Domain

Industry-specific Alerts

Monitor the most recently-filed

Competitive-industry Alerts
